The pipeline of Executive Condominiums whose land tenders closed before 8 May 2026 remains completely unaffected by the new regulations — they retain the traditional 5-year MOP, availability of DPS (if offered by developers), and the 70% first-timer allocation. The final batch of exempt upcoming and active developments includes: Solano Grand (Senja Close / Bukit Panjang), Wynwood Grand (Woodlands Drive 17), Sembawang Road EC, Woodlands Drive 17 EC, and Miltonia Close EC (Yishun).

An EC is a public-private housing hybrid developed and sold by private developers but subject to HDB regulations for the first 10 years. After 10 years, it becomes fully privatised and can be sold to foreigners.
